1. Are you insured? (Liability insurance)

ABSOLUTELY!  Why is liability insurance important? It protects you and me from any type of damages. My gear and equipment are protected in case it’s damaged, and your guests are safe if they are ever injured by something like a light stand.


 2. What do I need to do before booking you?

Before booking, I recommend reading a bit about me under my about page to get a feel for my personality and style. As your personal Wedding photographer / videographer, I want to make sure that we are a good fit for each other! Also, take as much time to preview my portfolio:

Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime thing. I want to make sure that you love my work prior to booking. Please keep in mind that my work is on the brown and moody side so please make sure this is the look you want for your photos and video


Additionally, please provide as many details as possible. This includes the locations, dates, and times for your event. Please attach phone numbers of any and all vendors; DJs, event planners, and relevant contact.  Following, we can meet and if we’re a good fit, we’re ready to move towards the deposit and contract.

 3. Where are you located

My team and I are located in Norcross Georgia. It’s 20 miles northeast of Atlanta. If your wedding is in Georgia, travel will already be included in your package.


4. How big is your team?

Our team consists of one photographer and two videographers. Each a thoroughly trained to match my creative style.


5. How will my video and pictures be delivered?

All Photo and Video coverage will be delivered digitally to your email. You will receive a download link for your video as well as an online gallery. DVDs have been discontinued and Photo Albums are only available as an add-on item.


6. How long is my Wedding Film?

Highlight videos range between 4-6 minutes and full feature videos are 30-60 minutes in duration. 


7. What is captured in my video? (Depending on Package)

Wedding Film: Drone Footage, Morning Preparations, Ceremony, Wedding Vows, Reception,  Garter/Bouquet Toss, Cake Cutting, Guest dancing, and Send-Off

All coverage is limited upon the wedding day schedule and hours booked

8. Who picks the songs for the highlight and Full feature Film? 

Due to copyright issues, “mainstream music” cannot be used. Because of this, I select the music myself from my extended library of licensed music covering a variety of genres. I make sure to select genres that are best suited for each Bride and Groom.


9. Am I limited to pictures

Photos will be taken during the entire event. Each package includes a set range of photos with the best photos picked out and retouched depending on the package. Photos are selected by me. I typically include photos of the wedding dresses, invitations, rings, details  and decorations as well. All photos are limited to the length of the event and client requests.


10. Will I receive a photo album

All albums are delivered via an online album. Physical Wedding  Photo Albums are available as add ons. Feel free to request pricing.


11. How long before I receive my Video/Pictures?

The turnaround period for delivering media ranges between 6-8 weeks during low seasons and 8-12 weeks during peak season. This depends on the number of bookings during the season as well as the amount of content captured as each photo and video is carefully selected and edited for the finished product.


12. Can I hire you for just video or photo?

Absolutely! I do recommend hiring our full team for both services as it is more economical and efficient. My team has also covered multiple events so all members work great in teams!


13. How much of a retainer fee/deposit is required?

When initially signing the contract, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining amount can either be submitted on the day of or prior to the event. I do also offer quarterly plan options for couples who are looking for something more flexible.

14. Could you travel and film my event even though I live outside of  Georgia?

Yes! Depending on the distance, a traveling fee may be added to your account. My team and I travel in and out of neighboring states every season.


15. Why should I choose Andres Lopez Films?

Unlike other video-only or photo-only services, Andres Lopez Films makes a difference by being able to capture both. Because we work in a team, each person is specialized in capturing memories and telling your story. Both your photos and video will have the same exact brown and moody look.


The benefit of choosing a photo and video crew is smoother communication to run your day. This also speeds up the editing process since my team also consists of editors. Another benefit of having a team is that there is always a backup camera and multiple angles for editing.
